The stainless steel seeds feel weightier and more durable than the adhesive ones I’ve tried before, and they stay put through a full workday. I’ve been using them on the ear points for focus every morning, and the 60-count pack with the guide means I won’t run out for months.
The placement guide made it surprisingly easy to target the right spots for my afternoon focus slump, and the stainless steel seeds feel smooth and comfortable against my skin all day. It's become a nice little ritual that I actually look forward to.
